Train to be a teacher at
the Dulwich Hub

“The course has been very, very good… I had high hopes because of the fantastic school setting and its supportive staff. Nothing seems too challenging or out of reach.”

How it works

The National Mathematics and Physics SCITT’s Dulwich Hub is led by Dulwich College, an independent day and boarding school for boys, based in South East London.

Dulwich College is a thriving centre of educational excellence where trainees are based one day each week for training.

This will give them the opportunity to learn from expert teaching professionals and share ideas, experiences and thinking with each other in an inspiring educational environment.

We cultivate a great spirit amongst our trainees to ensure that in all aspects, the Dulwich Hub is a great place to train to be a Mathematics or Physics teacher.

Our Placement Schools

Great Choices

With at least 22 placement schools in our area we ensure trainees are placed in the school that is most suited to them.

Attending training at Dulwich College one day a week provides an opportunity to experience another different setting.

Varied Settings

Full time trainees complete a second, shorter placement in a contrasting school to give them experience of teaching in a range of settings.
